Noise

In a city where cacophony reigns supreme, one man's obsession takes a darkly comedic turn. David Owen, a successful lawyer in Manhattan, is driven to madness by the incessant noise of his surroundings, and resorts to vandalism as "The Rectifier" - a vigilante determined to restore peace to the streets.
