Ashura-jô no hitomi

In 19th-century Japan, a war between demons and their slayers rages on, as Izumo, a kabuki actor with a demon-slaying past, falls in love with Tsubaki, but her mysterious marks foretell a darker destiny. As the queen of all demons, Ashura's resurrection threatens to bring destruction to the universe. Izumo must confront his own demons and fight to protect Tsubaki from her true identity, as well as the evil forces that seek to control both worlds.
