The Bad News Bears in Breaking Training

The Bad News Bears in Breaking Training follows Kelly Leak (Jackie Earle Haley), a troubled teenager who decides to drive his rambunctious baseball team to Houston for an exhibition game against the Texas champion Houston Toros. Along the way, he reunites with his estranged father, Mike Leak (William Devane), and hires him as the team's coach. As they prepare for the game, Kelly must come to terms with his father's past mistakes and learn to work together with his teammates under Mike's guidance.
