Mary's boyfriend Ted invites her out to a fancy restaurant, expecting a proposal, but instead, Mary gets dumped. To lift her spirits, her friends take her to see a psychic who casts a spell to reconnect Mary with her ex-boyfriend Patrick. However, there are two men, and Mary bumps into her college boyfriend, who she had previously felt was the wrong guy for her. As Ted tries to win her back, Mary finds herself torn between Mr. Right on paper, and the man she's slowly falling for again, Patrick.
