Crest of Betrayal

In 18th-century Japan, Tamiya Iyemon (Koichi Sato) earns gratitude from his grandfather's steward after saving Oume (Keiko Oginome), a beautiful woman who is being accosted on her way to the shrine, but he is later tricked into killing his wife Oiwa (Saki Takaoka). As Iyemon seeks revenge against those responsible, he becomes embroiled in the vendetta of Lord Asano's samurai. Eventually, Iyemon's ghost appears alongside that of Oiwa to avenge their deaths and exact revenge on the men who wronged them.
