British botanist Dr. Charles Decker returns from Africa after a year, presumed dead, only to discover a way of growing plants and animals to enormous size. He brings back a baby chimpanzee, named Konga, to test out his theory, which leads to a terrifying turn when the chimp grows into a ferocious gorilla-sized ape.
