In this action-packed sci-fi thriller, a brilliant scientist from the ill-fated Philadelphia Experiment embarks on a perilous mission to rescue his team of Navy SEALs from the Cretaceous Period, only to have things spiral out of control when he inadvertently brings back a terrifying giant Tyrannosaurus Rex through a time portal.
