Tom Berenger as Chief Petty Officer Rock Reilly and William McNamara as Quartermaster Seaman Apprentice Edward Devane are tasked with taking a prisoner, blonde bombshell Toni Johnson (Erika Eleniak), on what becomes an unforgettable road trip. They soon discover that she's craftier than most inmates, and their personalities clash many times during the trip to Camp Lejeune. As they journey together, Eddie and Rock begin to bond with Toni, understanding her motivations behind her actions, including why she went AWOL to visit her delinquent brother in a hospital. They later team up to rescue Toni from being transported back to prison, leading to an epilogue where Eddie and Toni are living it up south of the border.
