Seymour Cassel
Biography
Seymour Cassel was a prolific American actor who rose to prominence in the 1960s through his collaborations with writer/director John Cassavetes. He appeared in notable films such as "Too Late Blues" (1961), "Faces" (1968), and "Minnie and Moskowitz" (1971), earning an Academy Award nomination for his work on "Faces." Cassel also gained recognition from directors Wes Anderson, with roles in "Rushmore" (1998), "The Royal Tenenbaums" (2001), and "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou" (2004).
