In the days before the Civil War, tensions simmer in the Kansas Territory as rebel leader Luke Darcy seeks to establish an independent Republic of Kansas. But when Cam Bleeker, a former outlaw turned lawman, breaks out of prison and rides into town, his presence sets off a chain reaction that will change the fate of the territory forever. With a governor's deal hanging in the balance, Bleeker is tasked with capturing Darcy and bringing him to justice, but as he gets closer to his target, he begins to question the true cost of their conflict.
