It's in the Air

In this zany 1935 comedy, con men Calvin Churchill (Jack Benny) and Clip McGurk (Ted Healy) must ditch their life of crime to win back Calvin's estranged wife and enjoy a hot air balloon ride into the stratosphere. But when they try to bilk some aviation investors out of backing for this lofty venture, Henry Potke (Nat Pendleton), an IRS agent, is hot on their heels - and hilarity ensues as the two con men dodge his dogged pursuit, dodgy schemes, and Clip's irrational fear of heights.
