A Civil War veteran, Davy Flanagan (Anthony Steffen), returns to his hometown after being shot in the head, only to discover he's been declared a deserter. With the help of local judge Sam Kellogg (William Berger) who offers him a chance to clear his name by taking on a dangerous outlaw and his gang, Davy sets out for revenge.
