In a stunning turn of events, American ICE agent Matt Helm (Dean Martin) fakes his own death to embark on his latest top-secret mission: tracking down Dr. Solaris, inventor of the Helium laser beam, powerful enough to destroy a whole continent. The diabolical organization that has kidnapped Dr. Solaris will stop at nothing to use his device for world domination. With the fate of Washington D.C. hanging in the balance, Helm must pose as a Chicago gangster and infiltrate the French Riviera to rescue the scientist before it's too late.
