The Mad Executioners

In 1960s London, Inspector Morel Smith (Wolfgang Preiss) investigates two separate series of gruesome crimes: a group of vigilantes hanging wrongdoers from Scotland Yard's Black Museum, and a deranged physician (Dieter Borsche) murdering women to aid his scientific experiments. As Inspector Smith delves into the case, he must navigate the underground "court" that is meting out justice in its own twisted way.
