Yun-jeong, a skilled painter, disguises herself as a man in court to continue her family's legacy under the pen name "Hyewon," and navigates a complex web of emotions when her relationship with Kang-mu draws jealousy from others. As Yun-bok learns to paint under the guidance of Kim Hong-do, she must confront her own identity and desires amidst the rigid art world of 18th-century Korea, portrayed by Kim Gyu-ri and Kim Nam-gil.
