Kim Nam-gil is a South Korean actor and philanthropist born on March 13, 1981. He rose to fame with his breakout role as Bidam in the television period drama Queen Seondeok (2009), followed by notable performances in period drama Portrait of a Beauty (2008) and disaster blockbuster Pandora (2016). Kim is also the founder and CEO of non-profit organization Gilstory, which focuses on preserving cultural heritage and promoting arts.
