Showdown

Billy Grant is a police officer who kills two thugs during a noise complaint, leading to his decision to quit the force. Seven years later, Ken Marks befriends Julie, Tom's girlfriend, but becomes the target of bullying from Tom and his friends. Billy, now a janitor at their high school, teaches Ken how to defend himself after Ken is beaten up by Tom. As Ken trains with Billy, they uncover an illegal martial arts competition run by Lee, who seeks revenge against Billy for killing his brother.
