Love and Champagne

"Love and Champagne" is a 1930 German comedy drama film that follows Fritz von Hornthal (Iván Petrovich), a man-about-town who captures the attention of several women at a winter sports resort. As he becomes the object of desire for two women, Sybil and Lucie Forst (Agnes Esterhazy), Lucie pretends to be an old flame or even Fritz's daughter in an attempt to deter him from pursuing her daughter. The film was shot on location in Bavaria and features sets designed by Ludwig Reiber at the Emelka Studios in Munich.
