The Returned

In a post-zombie world where infected humans live normal lives due to a retroviral drug running low, Kate (Emily Hampshire), a physician who cares for the returned, embarks on a desperate race against time to find a new source of medicine with her infected husband Alex (Kristen Holden-Ried) at its center. When their supplies are threatened, they join Jacob's (Shawn Doyle) family outside the city to avoid violence from uninfected humans. With only one day left as a human, Kate must navigate treacherous situations and confront her own traumatic past in order to save Alex's life.
