In the Bronx in 1963, Ken Wahl stars as Richie Gennaro, leader of the Italian-American street gang known as the Wanderers, who try to enlist other gangs to help them prepare for a rumble with rival gang the Del-Bombers. As Richie navigates his relationships with friends and family, including John Friedrich's Joey Capra and Karen Allen's Nina Becker, he must also confront the changing times and the consequences of his own actions. With a talented cast, including Toni Kalem, Tony Ganios, Jim Youngs, and Alan Rosenberg, The Wanderers is a coming-of-age drama that captures the joy and pain of adolescence in 1960s New York City.
