Seven Swords

In 17th-century China, after the Qing dynasty bans the common people from practicing martial arts, the ruthless warlord Fire-Wind seizes the chance to enforce the decree for profit. He cuts down rebels and civilians across northwest China, with his next target being Martial Village, home to many skilled martial artists. A reclusive swordmaster named Shadow-Glow sends four apprentices on a mission to protect the village, along with a former executioner seeking redemption. Together, they form the "Seven Swords," each wielding a specially forged sword, and embark on a perilous journey to defeat Fire-Wind and bring hope back to their community.
