Under the Christmas Tree

A romantic comedy Christmas film about government worker Charlie Freemont and business owner Alma Beltran, who find themselves drawn to each other after Charlie finds the perfect tree for a Maine Governor's Holiday Celebration in Alma's backyard. As they spend time together, their initial sparring turns into romantic sparks, thanks to a magical tree and some festive fairy dust from the town's pâtissière extraordinaire. The film is Lifetime's first lesbian Christmas movie, receiving generally positive reviews and earning a nomination at the 33rd GLAAD Media Awards for Outstanding TV Movie.
