The White Massai

The White Masai follows Carola Lehmann (Nina Hoss), a German woman who falls in love with Maasai warrior Lemalian (Jacky Ido) while on vacation in Kenya. She decides to leave her boyfriend to stay with Lemalian and adapt to the Masai way of life, including their traditional food and customs. As she navigates this new world, Carola must confront her husband's expectations and the challenges of living in an interracial marriage, all while trying to balance her desire for independence and cultural exchange.
