A Banquet

"A Banquet" is a 2021 British horror film directed by Ruth Paxton and written by Justin Bull. The film stars Sienna Guillory as widowed mother Holly, whose husband died by suicide, and her teenage daughter Betsey (Jessica Alexander), who refuses to eat after experiencing a profound enlightenment. As the story unfolds, Holly's desperation grows, and she is forced to confront the boundaries of her own beliefs in order to save her daughter from what may be a supernatural force at work.
