In "Itomichi", a quiet country girl takes a bold step into the city, donning a uniform and persona that sets her apart as she tends to customers at a maid cafe. A story of self-discovery unfolding behind the guise of a traditional profession, this film presents a nuanced exploration of identity and societal expectations in contemporary Japan.
