PT Raiders

After World War II, George Hoskins convinces his former skipper Bill Randall and coxswain Birdie to buy their gunboat and use it for harmless smuggling, but soon transport more sinister cargoes, including counterfeit currency and weapons, after accepting jobs from Major Fordyce. As the crew's reliable craft breaks down frequently due to their morally-dubious activities, they finally revolt when a child murderer is revealed on board. The crew ultimately kills Fordyce, who was shot by customs officer Brewster earlier, and then drags Birdie to safety as the boat sinks after engine trouble.
