Dancing Pirate

Charles Collins stars as Jonathan Pride, a mild-mannered dance instructor from Boston who is shanghaied by pirates and forced to work on his own ship. When the pirate vessel arrives at the port of Las Palomas in Spanish California, Jonathan escapes and is mistaken for the pirate chieftain, leading to comedic misunderstandings with Governor Alcalde (Frank Morgan) and fetching senorita Serafina (Steffi Duna).
