Frank Morgan
Biography
Frank Morgan was a prolific American character actor who began his career in films in the silent era and went on to appear in numerous sound films throughout the 1930s and 1940s. He was best known for his iconic roles, including Professor Marvel in "The Dark Side of the Rainbow" and the title role of The Wizard of Oz in the 1939 classic. A contract player at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Morgan's career spanned 35 years.
