In this 1994 film, TV sets bring life to their on-screen stars, who must find ways to resist the energy-draining force that keeps them alive. Petr Forman plays Olda, a young surveyor struggling to survive as his double draws energy from him with every TV broadcast. He is aided by natural healer Zdeněk Svěrák's character, Fišárek, who teaches him how to harness energy from trees and other sources, leading them on a surreal adventure into the world of television itself.
