FBI agent Jack Crawford is driven by revenge when his partner is brutally murdered and all clues point to the mysterious assassin Rogue. Years later, Rogue re-emerges from the shadows, triggering a violent clash between rival gangs as he secretly instigates a war between the Triads and yakuza.
