Serie Noire

In the shadowy outskirts of Paris, Franck Poupart (Patrick Dewaere) sells goods door-to-door on commission and returns to a rundown apartment where he's met with depression by his wife Jeanne (Myriam Boyer). After an excessive drinking session, Franck gets involved with Mona (Marie Trintignant), a teenage prostitute, in a scheme that leads him down a path of robbery, murder, and obsession. As his grip on reality slips, Franck's actions lead to devastating consequences, ultimately leaving him with only one person: the woman he loves.
