So Long Mr. Chumps

The Three Stooges star as street cleaners who stumble upon valuable bonds and return them to their rightful owner, B.O. Davis, earning him gratitude but also a promise of a substantial reward: finding an honest man with executive ability. The stooges embark on a wild goose chase, leaving a wallet for passersby to find, before landing on the lap of a woman whose fiancé has been unjustly imprisoned. With their signature blend of incompetence and industriousness, they devise a plan to intentionally get themselves locked up, only to become embroiled in a sinister scheme involving a notorious bond swindler.
