Take Me to the River

Ryder, a naive California teen, travels to rural Nebraska for his family reunion, where he faces hostility and false accusations from his uncle, Keith, due to a long-buried family secret involving physical abuse and psychological manipulation of his younger cousin, Molly. Characterized by tension and silence, the film explores themes of trauma, dysfunction, and the refusal of family members to address the past. Logan Miller plays Ryder, while Richard Schiff portrays Keith.
