The Rawhide Years

Tony Curtis stars as Ben Matthews, a former riverboat gambler who leaves his flashy life behind to settle down in Galena with his girlfriend Zoe Fontaine (Colleen Miller). However, when Galena's leading citizen is murdered on the riverboat, Ben finds himself implicated and flees, only to be pursued by a lynch mob. Three years later, he returns to find Zoe and attempt to clear his name, teaming up with Rick Harper (Arthur Kennedy), whom he initially mistakes for a would-be bandit.
