Betrayed

During World War II, Charles Braude (Jakob Oftebro), a young Norwegian boxer, and his family find themselves caught in the midst of the German occupation's relentless persecution of Jews. As Norway feels safe until the invasion, Charles' life is shattered when he, his brothers, and father are arrested and deported to Auschwitz. The film chronicles their harrowing journey, from the initial restrictions on Jewish life in Norway to the devastating deportation of hundreds of Norwegian Jews onto the doomed German cargo ship SS Donau.
