Faraway, So Close!

A group of angels look longingly upon the life of humans in a reunited Berlin, now overrun with crime, corruption, and American influence. As their divine presence is felt by those around them, they try to console a dying man and follow the life of an 11-year-old girl, Raissa Becker, whose mother Hanna is being stalked by a detective. One angel, Cassiel, becomes human in this chaotic landscape, quickly getting entangled in a criminal enterprise that threatens his newfound life and friendships, ultimately leading to a dramatic showdown with time itself.
