Rüdiger Vogler
Biography
Rüdiger Vogler is a German film and stage actor born on May 14, 1942, in Warthausen, near Biberach an der Riß. He attended acting school in Heidelberg from 1963 to 1965 and later played at Theater am Turm in Frankfurt am Main for six years, often performing in plays by Peter Handke. Vogler's film debut was in 1971 in the TV film "Chronicle of Current Events," marking the beginning of his greater film career with Wim Wenders' films, including "The Goalkeeper's Fear of the Penalty" (1972) and "Alice in the Cities" (1974).
