A love letter to the Filipino-American community, "Easter Sunday" is a comedy film that follows comedian and struggling actor Jo Koy as he returns home for an Easter celebration with his loud and dysfunctional family. The movie is semi-autobiographical, drawing from Koy's own experiences as a single father and comedian of Filipino descent.
