The Blue Waves camping grounds are abuzz once again as Jacky and Laurette rejoin their friends for a summer of fun, but this year, there's an added layer of chaos courtesy of Patrick Chirac, who attempts to car share with the help of three young Dijon misfits: Robert, Benji, and José.
