The Monster Club

In 1981, Vincent Price starred in "The Monster Club," a surreal and campy anthology horror film directed by Roy Ward Baker. Based on the works of R. Chetwynd-Hayes, the movie follows a struggling writer who is bitten by a vampire named Eramus as a gesture of gratitude for a literary donation. As payment, Eramus invites the writer to his "Monster Club," where he tells three fantastical stories interspersed with musical performances at the club. The film's blend of horror, comedy, and music makes for an entertaining but bewildering viewing experience.
