Boy, Did I Get a Wrong Number!

In this sidesplitting comedy, Bob Hope stars as Tom Meade, a well-meaning realtor who inadvertently dials the gorgeous European film star Elke Sommer at her Oregon hotel. When Didi escapes Hollywood's clutches to avoid being typecast as a bombshell, Tom offers her his backwoods cabin, and hilarity ensues as he tries to keep their secret from his suspicious wife and the prying public. With the help of his quirky housekeeper and a scooter, Tom embarks on a series of absurd misadventures to protect Didi's newfound freedom.
