The Keep

In 1941 Romania, a motorized German infantry unit under Captain Klaus Woermann arrives at an ancient fortress in the Carpathian Mountains, only to unleash a malevolent supernatural force that begins to kill or corrupt those within its influence. Two soldiers accidentally release Radu Molasar, a spectral entity who kills privates Lutz and Anton, and then targets five more soldiers. As the Nazis try to contain the phenomenon, they are joined by a Gestapo commander, Major Kaempffer, a Jewish scholar, Father Mihail Fonescu, and a mysterious traveller, Glaeken Trismegestus, who seeks to destroy the evil within the Keep.
