Bodyguard Kiba 2

Sonny Chiba stars as Naoto Kiba, who after winning a karate tournament is kicked out and jailed for participating in a rival school's illegal duel. After his release from prison, he becomes the bodyguard of Akamatsu's nightclub to sever ties with the yakuza, but things become complicated when Nanjo, an Okinawan associate, arrives seeking revenge for his past imprisonment and a crime committed by Kiba and others. As Mari, an Okinawan singer, accuses Kiba of being in league with Tatsumi, her lover and leader of the yakuza, Karasaki's enforcer Ryuzuka blinds Kiba and Tatsumi's thugs attack him, leading to a bloody climax where Kiba, Mika, and his sister Maki ultimately defeat the villains.
