All the Beauty and the Bloodshed

The film "All the Beauty and the Bloodshed" (2022) tells the life story of photographer and activist Nan Goldin, who founded the advocacy group P.A.I.N. to hold the Sackler family accountable for their role in the opioid epidemic. Through archival footage, photographs, and intimate interviews, Goldin recounts her experiences during the HIV/AIDS crisis in the '80s, as well as her fight against Purdue Pharma and its financial support of the arts.
