Finian's Rainbow

In a charming blend of action, fantasy, and romance, Fred Astaire stars as Finian McLonergan, an Irish immigrant who arrives in America with his daughter Sharon, hoping to make their fortune by burying a stolen pot of gold. As they settle in the American South, a leprechaun desperate to recover his treasure becomes entangled in a battle over land, love, and prejudice, leading to unexpected wishes and transformations that turn lives upside down. With its lively musical numbers and engaging storyline, "Finian's Rainbow" is an amusing late 60's musical with dynamic performances by the cast.
