A Chump at Oxford

Stan and Ollie, street sweepers who accidentally foil a bank robbery, are offered jobs by the grateful bank president but lack education for higher success. To overcome this, Oxford University is paid for scholarships in their names, where they're subjected to hazing by prankish students. Stan discovers he's actually Lord Paddington, a former Oxford great whose memory was lost after an accident, and with his newfound identity as Lord Paddington, he single-handedly routs the mob targeting him and Ollie.
