Underground

Underground (1995) follows the surreal and dark comedy-filled journey of Marko Dren (Predrag 'Miki' Manojlović), a black marketeer who manufactures and sells weapons to the Communist resistance in WWII Belgrade, and his friend Blacky (Lazar Ristovski), as they navigate from the occupation by the Germans during World War II to the Yugoslav Civil War of the 1990s. Marko becomes embroiled with the Communist Party, while Blacky runs a clandestine arms factory that helps him get rich.
