Warm Water Under a Red Bridge

In the 2001 Japanese romantic comedy film "Warm Water Under a Red Bridge", Koji Yakusho plays Yosuke Sasano, a down-on-his-luck businessman who travels to a seaside town and meets Saeko Aizawa (Misa Shimizu), a woman with unusual sexual powers.
