The Mask

The Mask is a 1961 Canadian surrealist horror film about a psychiatrist, Dr. Allan Barnes (Paul Stevens), who obtains an ancient Aztec mask after one of his patients, Michael Radin (Martin Lavut), commits suicide. Whenever he puts on the mask, Barnes experiences dream-like hallucinations that become increasingly disturbing and violent, eventually leading him to physically harm his girlfriend Pam (Claudette Nevins).
