13B: Fear Has a New Address

Manohar and his family move into a new apartment on the 13th floor, where strange incidents start happening - milk curdling, eerie photos, and an uncooperative lift that affects only him. The TV in their house plays a mysterious serial called "Sab Khairiyat" / "Yavarum Nalam", which eerily replicates events from Manohar's life. As he investigates, Manohar discovers the apartment was once the site of a brutal murder in 1977 and that his family is somehow connected to the tragedy.
